Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge has been developed rapidly,with the emergence of cantilever casting construction technology.Nowadays,the span of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for the main beam gating precision,system conversion order and construction control.Therefore,it is very important to carry out the monitoring work on the construction of long span prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge.In this article,(64+108+108+64)m prestressed concrete continuous beam was constructed by using the Midas/Civil 2015 finite element analysis software,and the construction monitoring was carried out on the new railway of Lianyungang to Zhenjiang line.(1)The calculation model of main beam structure simulation is established,provided theoretical data for site construction.(2)This article checked the cast-in-place trestle of the balance segment for the main beam and the temporary consolidation of the zero segment.(3)Based on the simulation model,the effects of different closure order of multi-span continuous girder bridges and structural stress or alignment are studied.Through its structural stress,deformation,internal force comparison,to draw up the best closure scheme.Ensure that the beam closure smoothly in case of smaller beam structurechanges.(4)The suitable beam construction monitoring scheme of this project was formulated.Layout elevation measuring point and bury stress sensor according to this program.,to closely monitored the displacement and stress of the main girder during each construction phase.Ensured this structure constructed safety and smoothly.Continuous beam construction monitoring results are as follows: grasp the main girder during the construction process of stress and deflection change rule,and provide a theoretical basis for on-site construction;It proved that the design about cast-in-place trestle of the balance segment for the main beam and the temporaryconsolidation of the zero segment are reasonable,and it meet the requirements of specification;Select the first side span after the middle span closure for the best closure scheme of the bridge;Recommended for pre-reinforcement treatment in the root section and cross section of the roof floor,to avoid the tension of local concrete and prestressed tension resistance of the radial force.
