The most important is the hub of the vehicle load security components, its are immanent quality and reliability is not only related to vehicle and vehicle manpower-material security, also affect the vehicle driving process stability, in handling, comfort properties. This requires wheel size high accuracy, good dynamic equilibrium fatigue strength, high rigidity and elasticity, good light quality, etc. As the car in safety, environmental protection, energy saving, comfortable, etc, and improve the aluminium wheel in design and manufacture technology progress, and steel, aluminium wheel rims compared to its security, good heat resistance, corrosion, beautiful and comfortable, qualitative light, intensity tall, energy saving, fatigue properties, processing characteristics such as recyclable materials from the market, instead of the steel wheel is gradually become the best choice.Nowadays, automobile aluminium wheel is big diameter, lightweight, high strength, MeiGuanHua etc direction, aluminium wheel manufacture technology of the main trend is automatic and intelligent, saving, energy saving and environmental protection. China has become the world aluminium wheel producer. Compared with the advanced world level, domestic enterprises in aluminium wheel design and manufacturing technology, the existing gap between large overall production technology and equipment, the product design, the technology of products and quality level still needs further improvement.In three-dimensional modelling technology, finite element analysis technology, computer aided manufacturing technology as the foundation of the parts of the structure design, performance analysis and simulation movement and simulation processing has been extensively applied, and formed a "CAD/CAE/CAM" integration technology. In this background, this paper using CAD/CAE integration technology hub for structure design, stress analysis and prediction, performance optimization and simulation processing etc, thus ensure the performance requirements and wheels, under the condition of the wheel to shorten the development cycle, reduce the production cost. Since wheels in structure, manufacture materials have bigger difference, so this paper main object is integral aluminum alloy wheels, and using CAD/CAE system integration technology research method, the wheel hub on modelling and structure design, and analyses its rationality, from the overall situation, a set of modelling and structure design method of integration.
