| In-wheel motor vehicle has its unique advantages in all kinds of new energy vehicles.In this paper,a new type of integrated electric wheel is designed to solve the vertical negative effect caused by the increase of the spring mass and the driving performance of electric wheel is analyzed.This paper proposes a method to solve the problem of the electric vehicle wheel vertical negative by integrating the automobile suspension in the wheel.Due to the change of the spring mass ratio,the parameters of the suspension are re-calculated.The 1/4 vehicle vibration model is established to compare the ride comfort index of three kinds of new configuration electric wheel and general electric wheel and the central motor driven electric vehicle,the improvement effect of the new configuration electric wheel on the vertical negative effect is analyzed.Finally,the Similink software is used to simulate the random road input time domain,and the results are verified.The invention provides a scheme for realizing the highly integrated structure of an integrated electric wheel wheel,which comprises a driving motor,a transmission mechanism,a braking mechanism and a wheel suspension mechanism.Due to the limited space inside the wheel,the key lies in the design of the reasonable space arrangement of each mechanism to avoid the interference of the relative motion.Focuses on the calculation of the relevant dimensions of the suspension mechanism,puts forward the design of the closed motor structure and the water cooling mode of the motor.According to the dimensions of the wheel and the requirements of the driving performance of the electric vehicle,a permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed as a direct drive motor.For this type of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),three dimensional finite element method is used to calculate the driving performance,and the influence of motor parameters on driving performance is studied. |
