| According to the question that when a peak load is acted on the gear,the dedendum stress is too big, the gear has a fatigue fracture, and vibration and noise are too serious,this paper present a new kind of structure of Ultralong and complex teeth gear. In this paper, the problem of structure, deformation, and gear dynamic,modal of gear and stress of tooth root is investigated.Take a standard involute spur-gear for example, designing its structure. Based on the software of Solidworks, establish the three-dimensional model of the standard gear and Ultralong teeth gear, select appropriate elastomer, and assemblying gear-system.Establish nonlinear model of gear transmission, analysis the law that different incentive impact on the vibration of the gear.Deformation of the grooved gear-tooth is studied by equivalent means of gear and energy with loads. The influence of grooved depth on deformation is investigated.Research the tooth root stress's different calculation method, derivation the calculation formula of the gear impact when the gears are meshing, calculation the instantaneous meshing force of the standard gear and Ultralong teeth gear.Advance modal analysis on different gear, research the first six step natural frequency of different gear, get the main vibration modal, the result of simulation test and verify correctness of the theoretical analysis, provide foundation to avoid resonance of the gear system.Do static stress on different gear modal with ANSYS, research gear tooth deformation and stress's change on different situation, the simulation result test and verify the correctness of the modal analysis. |
