Biomass is an important renewable energy with large, be easily saved and zero emissions of carbon dioxide features. The development of biomass energy is a new way to solve the energy crisis and environmental governance. Biomass Briquetting Technology can compress crop stalks, rice hulls, sawdust, wood chips and other biomass waste into a certain shape, density, and high energy solid fuel in a certain temperature, humidity and pressure. Densification of loose biomass can significantly increase the performance of biomass, increase their density and calorific value, improve its combustion properties, and become commodity energy. Biomass products obtained by the technology is high-grade, high density, easy to transport, easy to store, and easy to use. However, products easily become cracking, deformation and so on.. It seriously weakened the density, durability, impermeability and other physical properties of the product, and are not suitable for transportation and storage, furthermore, the crack also affect the product appearance, lower product quality, is contrary to the development of high-grade biomass and restrict the promotion and market of biomass energyIn this paper, to the above problem, based on the biomass Curing test, I will analysis the affecting factors of the formation of surface cracks. Based on Computer Aided Engineering (CAE)of Finite element method, take hydraulic curing machine running smoothly for example, use finite element techniques of elastic-plastic mechanics and rheology, building mold mechanical model, to simulate the molding process engineering analysis, obtained large amounts of data, gained the extrusion forming process of the crack in the formation process and crack continue to expand under the action of after-effect elastic after the produce is outfitted. Hereby, proposing holding pressure stripping can be effective prevent and control crack.. Through the simplified boundary conditions under the actual operating conditions, based on finite element contact analysis, the installation of security-type tube of biomass forming process was simulated, compared to the product surface crack case without insurance-type device, verify the prominent role of security Stripping pressure in improving product surface crack.
