With the constant development of economy, the scale and the increasing urbanization of social wealth accumulation, once the suburban areas suffer the exceed standard flood, the economic losses will be huge. Accordingly, it is urgently necessary to build the integrated urban flood control system in order to adapt the urban development and the need of economic development.The different purpose of river course regulation, the different regulation measures will use. To build levees is one of the main river regulation measures, the goal is to prevent rivers, lakes and tidal wave overflowing. At present, the traditional management concept and ecological management idea, and the traditional channel management of natural river levee control often uses in decorating on the straight, jam in the bank protection, and in Mortar laying stones slurry protection, stone blocks or dry-laid stone concrete prefabricated concrete block protection or to protect embankment slope. The stability, ecological management idea is decorated in the embankment with regime, because of the organization, retain the beach and corners, restore natural forms of rivers in the bank protection by using biological revetment, and the principle of soil water solid culvert vegetation in the slope stability of slope ecological restoration simultaneously. However, whether the traditional management mode or the ecological management mode, it has its own advantages and disadvantages; moreover, the suitable management mode should be selected according to their respective project of geographical environment and engineering characteristics.The dissertation takes the current characteristic of the urban section of Rikaze City of Yalutsangpu River as cases, and three feasible schemes on levees lines layout are presented based on the existing conditions of ecological environment, the construction of the urban development planning, etc. And then the comparison and selection to the above schemes are performed. Finally the satisfactory scheme of levees lines layout are put forward.Furthermore, the comparison of biological slope protection engineering and project slope protection engineering is carried out, the limitation and risk of biological slope protection engineering are discussed, and the project slope protection engineering is commended as the optimal measures. At the same time, from the viewpoint of local building materials supply, easy status, convenient construction management and investment saving, the comparison and selection to the four slope protection schemes and five slope foots protection schemes are performed, and the scheme of the reinforcing cage mortar laying stones structure of spats and structure of revetment is recommended. This scheme is feasible in technology and economy, and it suits the local actual condition. Research results provide the reliable basis to this project.
