In order to ensure the normal safe operation of the levee and effective flood control,the Levee engineering risk management is very important.The dissertation is combined with the project "Research on Risk Management for Zhujiang River”.According to the theory and risk management processes,with Risk matrix method,comprehensive risk for management of levee is analyzed and appraised.Measures of risk reduction and advice are put forward.The subject of the dissertation comes from practical project considered each risk failure of levee’s management,risk analysis and decision-making of levee engineering are researched.The main contents are outlined as follows:Firstly,the definition of risk,the character,classify and quantification of risk are introduced,explained risk management concepts and principles,concluded the main element of risk management,summarized the Measures of risk reduction;Introduced the conception of GIS,the character and function,summarized the Application of GIS in water conservancy industry.Secondly,this paper introduces the background of the construction of the Zhujiang river levee,includingthe river,meteorological,hydrological characteristics and the economics of society.Summarized the Flood disaster of history and its loss;related the general situation of Zhujiang river levee,including Construction scale,Design standard,management content and model.Third,the risk factors of dike project management was identified,and the questionnaire was compiled and distributed.According to the result,the reliability of questionnaire was checked.The identified 13 risks was assessed.The risk matrix was also employed in factor analysis,in which the high risk is viewed.Fourthly,according to the results of risk analysis,the measures of lower the risk was put forward,as well as Execution and supervision.There was six Subsystem included by The embankment management information system based on GIS,which are emergency decision subsystem,observation information subsystem,online inspection subsystem,inspection & maintenance subsystem,Video Surveillance subsystem and displaying & querying subsystem. |
