With the development of the grid,protection equipment repair work is also increasingly heavy,excessive maintenance and repair deficiencies can affect the reliability of protection equipment,but also affect the safe operation of the power grid.Therefore, the State Grid Corporation and various provincial companies in terms of state protection equipment maintenance has been carried out research work. With a different device, relay device contains a large number of electronic components, the reliability assessment methods, equipment maintenance methods, ways are different from one device, and therefore can not be directly applied once the equipment condition-based maintenance approach required for the protection equipment the establishment of specialized reliability assessment methods.On the other hand, in the operation has accumulated a large number of relay equipment operation records, how to use these records to establish a scientific evaluation system is necessary.This paper carried out the following work areas:First introduced protection equipment failure anomaly analysis, outlines self-testing and alarm function computer protection device, the secondary circuit condition monitoring tools, common protection equipment malfunction defect analysis and other aspects and details of a reliable device assessment mathematical model for the study of state maintenance equipment to provide a theoretical basis.Secondly, it introduces the OMS system protection devices in the Statistical Analysis System base ledger management, defect statistical analysis, statistical analysis of action to protect the application of functional modules. Details of the statistical analysis module protection action, indicating that the main principle from statistical analysis to evaluate the scope and evaluation system, indicators of the four aspects.Then, based on the actual operation of the equipment and features protection of state protection equipment to analyze the contents of the evaluation and selection of proposed protection equipment status evaluation principles, and established a state evaluation score on this basis.Finally, this paper power protection equipment operation in eastern Inner Mongolia,summarize the actual operation and maintenance overhaul management experience of the author, basic information needed to develop a reasonable state of repair work carried out to collect content and related requirements, and professional patrol protection equipment Periodic inspection and operational inspections were discussed, according to the entry to the actual results of the system, carry out targeted protection equipment health status assessment also indicates different evaluation results should be appropriate to adjust the maintenance cycle.Status of this thesis through the decision-making technology and its overhaul in eastern Inner Mongolia Power Grid related applications, for improving the status of protection equipment maintenance level is very helpful.
