Electrical circuit breaker belongs to protected class. The failed circuit breaker in the market will bring hidden dangers of security to the users. Therefore, detection of circuit breakers is very important.The instantaneous movement detection is one of the most important test items during the detection of the circuit breaker. Instantaneous detection of the ultimate goal is to produce accurate instantaneous dynamic calibration current.In this paper, the instantaneous dynamic calibration device which is developed in our school has also been studied. Analyzed the main factor which impact the instantaneous dynamic calibration accuracy of the current,and suggested a corresponding solution. Improve and design the hardware, software and algorithms on the original equipment .In the hardware, combining with the cause of the error of the instantaneous validation current, improved the Auto-voltage regulator. Based on the principle of the FFT, designed the synchronous sampling circuit. To solve the error of the control theory, added the resistance group to the experimental device.In the Software, programming and simulating the MCU and the improved detection device using C language and Labview software respectively.In the Algorithm , analysed the principle of the FFT and improved the FFT algorithm, based on the characteristics of instantaneous dynamic calibration equipment and the cause of the error.Through the improving of the hardware and algorithms for the Instantaneous calibration equipment, instantaneous current validation has been greatly improved. The technolohy plays a positive role in promoting the technology of the instantaneous validation.
