Asphalt pavement occupies a large proportion in High-grade road in China. Because of various materials design method, the differences of indoor test method design method,which makes the design parameters is different. This topic in asphalt pavement structure design and the material design problems of the separation,which makes AC13,AC20,AC25 as the research object,making system reaserch ofdifferent ways(Marshall ,Superpave, GTM) of bituminous mixture properties, mechanical parameters and the applicable conditions, perfect design parameters of materials. According to the division of asphalt layer on a method of analysis, Put the asphalt pavement structure design and materials of the asphalt pavement design integration design method.First, analyzing the design concept of Marshall, Superpave and GTM, make a comparation of its application and advantages in the practical engineering. Second research on indoor test, and get each volume parameters and performance parameters. Analysing the experimental results, and the reason of the difference.In the fields of high temperature stability and resistance to water damage, GTM is better than Marshall and Superpave, and in the fields of anti-fatigue performance, Superpave is better than Marshall and GTM.Then, analyzing the stress distribution in the asphalt pavement structure using the computer software.And we get the key index performance of each layer.The performance of the asphalt surface has mainly sliding resistance and anti-water.the middle is rutting-resistance area, and the asphalt surface and grassroots completely in the continuous, can pass in the internal stress of asphalt surface. When the under asphalt surface is completely continuous, it can pass internal stress better, when it continuous partly, the anti-fatigue area, mainly for both the rutting-resistance performance.And the last, combining the test results with asphalt surface analysis results, we can realize the integration of structure design and material design.
