High-voltage pulse modulator charging power supply is the core technology, the advanced nature of the technology determines the level of the pulse modulator. Therefore, actively carry out advanced technology and better application of high voltage charging power supply design and prototype work is a certain value of the work of the applied technology.In this thesis, switching power supply as the technical basis of IGBT series resonant full-bridge switching circuit, three AC rectifier filter circuit, high frequency high voltage transformers and high-frequency double voltage rectifier circuit for technical support, to carry out new medical linear accelerator CCPS Research and design work. Key points of the design and analysis, trial process and the development and prototype debugging process some experimental work. Experimental results on the prototype analysis, the main technical indexes meet the design requirements for new medical linear accelerator optimized high-voltage charging power supply and lay a good foundation stereotypes.According to high-voltage charging power supply specifications and features required, the use of advanced switching power conversion technology design. Of which: 1, three-phase alternating current rectifier circuit is not controlled three-phase full-bridge rectifier technology programs, direct access to the necessary DC power inverter. 2, inverter circuit with high input impedance, the required drive power is small, fast response, large transmission capacity of the advantages of current full-bridge IGBT technology. 3, high frequency transformer and voltage doubler rectifier circuit performance factor depletion of small soft magnetic materials with high frequency transformers, high voltage silicon rectifier stack and oil Jin Voltage Insulation Technology.4, drive and protection circuit module EXB841 Fuji, with soft over-current shutdown, short circuit and overvoltage protection, high-speed optocoupler, undervoltage lockout, fault signal output power and free debugging, reliability. 5, drive signal generator and control circuit MC33066 High Performance Resonant Converter Controller, through the fixed switch on-time or deadline for achieving the control of the harmonic transform. With adjustable dead time, pulse timing, temperature compensation, output clamp, soft start, fault detection, undervoltage lockout and so on.Initial tests on the prototype prototype, high voltage charging power supply is reliable, the output power and output voltage precision and stability for the intended requirements.
