In recent years, DF4 diesel locomotive in operation process of a large number of web hole in the crack problem. As the DF4 diesel locomotive wheel was designed with split, wheel center did not make a life. Therefore, in current using condition, DF4 diesel locomotive web hole fatigue problem aroused widespread concern. In order to ensure transport safety, an urgent need on wheel DF4 combustion engine web hole fatigue strength of heart, for the life management of components to provide the theoretical and experimental basis.Single point method, group method,90% down method have confidence, survival rates were 50%,90%,95%,99% of the material under the curve and its equation. Spoke on the wheel center for follow-up hole for fatigue evaluation board to provide a theoretical basis.To evaluate the intensity around the web plate hole size, this point of order under UIC510-5 under the boundary conditions on the wheel center web hole in the straight line, curve, turnout of three mechanical load conditions to simulate the intensity calculated by convergence board Hole distribution of stress field analysis mechanical load on the web hole strength, and the web hole fatigue strength evaluation. Secondly, this paper, the process of actual operation and long ramp wheel brake braking condition of the boundary conditions on two wheels in the braking condition of the temperature field and thermal stress field simulation analysis to determine the braking condition of the convergence strength of the size of the hole board, and web hole fatigue strength evaluation.Finally, the comprehensive mechanical load and thermal load brake interaction, on the web hole fatigue strength evaluation, presumption of mechanical load and brake thermal load is caused by the joint action of the main crack web hole.
