China,especially in the western plateau region and the northeastern cold region,still has specific needs for diesel locomotives.The adaptability of diesel locomotives to special conditions such as the environment and disasters also reflects the necessity of its long-term existence and development.For this reason,this paper uses the company's 160km/h passenger diesel locomotive steering frame as the target,and carried out the following research:(1)Combining the structure and characteristics of the 160km/h passenger diesel locomotive bogie frame,the design principles and layout schemes of each component are expounded.The structural characteristics and application performance of the framework are more comprehensively explained,which lays a foundation for the subsequent finite element modeling,analysis and dynamic performance analysis.(2)Using SIMPACK dynamics analysis software,according to TB/T2360-93 "Railway Locomotive Dynamics Performance Test Identification Method and Evaluation Standard",GB5599-85 "Robus Vehicle Dynamics Performance Evaluation and Test Identification Specification" and UIC 518 Standards,analysis of the stability of locomotive and bogie dynamics,and analysis of dynamics during suspension failure.(3)Modeling the finite element model of the locomotive bogie frame,applying boundary conditions,and simulating the frame operating load conditions according to the UIC 615-4:2003 standard.The finite element general analysis program ANSYS was used for analysis.The static strength analysis was carried out on the frame under the abnormal load calculation condition,and the static strength result was evaluated according to the fourth strength theory.(4)Calculate the fatigue strength of each part of the framework under the calculation of the main operational calculation conditions and the special operational load combination.The analysis results are evaluated according to the fatigue limit diagram provided by UIC615-4:2003.The results of dynamic performance analysis show that the locomotive with the bogie has good stability.When the suspension of the first and second suspensions fails,the locomotive's driving safety has a great influence.The locomotive speed should be limited.The static strength calculation results show that The structure of the bogie frame can meet the static strength requirements of the UIC 615-4:2003 standard;the fatigue strength calculation results show that the requirements of the Goodman curve for fatigue strength evaluation in UIC 615-4 are met;in addition,the first stage of the bogie frame The modal frequency is 24.210 Hz and the overall deformation is coordinated.
