Passenger sign-orient identification system of the modern large passenger station is an important information service system that can meet passenger self-service in the station and realize passenger organizations orderly. Modern passenger identification information-oriented service system, not only can improve the level and quality of passenger organization, but also have important practical significance in improving the efficiency of the passenger station's transfer, increasing safety management and order protection,mending the environment of passenger riding and waiting, making the feelings of the waiting services humanity, and so on. function as Modern large passenger station not only have the terminal complex of the function spatial distribution location and high traffic, but also involve the complex travel trip behavior about a variety of modes of transportation's passenger flow stops, the stations, transfer, purchase, transfer, and business. Therefore, planning and design of passenger-oriented identification information service system of large passenger station is a complex engineering problem. How do optimal design passenger-oriented identification information of the station to what our country is planning and the constructing the actual situation of a large passenger station, is urgent to solve a major issue.The paper combined to the key research projects of Ministry of Railways "Research and Development of Large Terminal Simulation System-Research of Large Passenger Flow Organization Theory and Analysis", based on the background of Beijing South Railway Station, make optimization methods of sign-oriented identification system in large passenger station as an research topic.The paper based on situation analysis of passenger information service system on the domestic and foreign large passenger station firstly analysis the concept of sign-oriented, role, types and space settings. Then research the optimization method of passenger information service system on large passenger station and the identify point location choice model based on annealing genetic algorithm. Plus combining with actual situation of Beijing South Railway station, make the optimization program of passenger sign-oriented system on the Beijing South Railway Station as an example. The paper using the theories and methods of system optimization, focus on the optimization method of sign information content, style and spatial arrangement on large passenger information service system. Focusing on the creation of the model of sign point selection, investigate application of such model based on annealing genetic algorithm, and have an experimental analysis of the sign-orient system on the basement of Beijing South Station though the method of wayfinding, then find problems and make some recommendations, at the same time, proved the feasibility and effectiveness of annealing genetic hybrid algorithm, and provided scientific basis for optimization of sign-orient system on lager passenger station.
