Nature and human health has long been related together. Because of the extraordinary disengagement of humans from the natural environment, parks become into the most often way for people to contact with nature. This is mostly due to the enormous shift of people away from rural areas into cities. Healing effects can only be achieved via parks largely. There are not enough research related in china to be used in practice, but studies and disiplins have been doing for many years in America, Austrilia, Sweden etc. Researches are not enough, but meaningful. This dissertation is introducing the theories, combined with history and domestic situation, so as to develop some guidelines for healing garden design, to reposition parks and to reintroduce promoting health through natural means into people's attention. The healing garden theory emphasizes the accessibility, convenience, quality, maintenance of the park, universality for the people, etc., could be guidelines for the urban green system planning and design.
