Research And Application On Design Of Healing Garden For Urban Youth In Sub-health

At present,in the field of healing garden design,there is a lack of systematic design and research results for groups of the youth in sub-health.This paper takes the research of horticultural therapy as the theoretical system,and based on the research of horticultural therapy and natural-health relationship,deconstructs the components of healing garden.Then by classifying,comparing and analyzing relevant cases,a set of design methods and design strategies for healing garden for urban youth in sub-health are sorted out as completely and feasibly as possible,and a conceptual design on a real-world site is accomplished.(1)The background of the project and related concepts is analyzed and grasped clearly and fully.Combining with existing cases and starting from the field of horticultural therapy research and multi-dimensional design,the complex garden environment is deconstructed to analyze the relationship between the environmental components of healing garden and the human perception experience,and then to refine the design logic and meaning;(2)Based on the derived design logic,the design methods for urban youth sub-health issues are explored and more targeted design strategies are developed;(3)Based on the Jiaozi Park in Chengdu,the planning and design theories,methods and strategies will be used to develop the application and design of the healing garden for urban youth in sub-health.A new category of healing garden is refined,new ideas are put forward,the types of horticultural therapy activities are enriched,and an example for horticultural therapy research systems is established.
