The protection of industrial heritage, the development of industrial estate land for industrial development of human cultural remains left behind has become a topic of concern throughout the world.Xi'an Textile City was built in the initial stage of development of socialist industry, this project is assisted by the former Soviet Union with the key item. Which become the largest and most of the textile industry and be labeled a "textile city" in northwest of china after the development. It witnessed the republic of the textile industry in the early development and created a glorious history, which made tremendous contributions for the local socio-economic development and born of the distinctive culture of textile characteristics. When into the 1990's, the textile city of Xi'an was dying. Today, faced with the increasingly prominent textile city's social and economic issues, the Government has clearly stated on the development strategy of reform of implementation of a comprehensive revitalization of the textile city region. How to understand and deal with the history and value of this Area and in what way a transformation are the first key questions to be answered of the entire transformation.Industry heritage value of Xi'an textile city and conservation development planning study is based on summarize industrial heritage research results. First of all, I discuss the textile city in the history, society, culture, architecture, branding, aesthetic development of many special education and protection of the contains a wealth of precious value of industrial heritage and its heritage value and a way to realize the depth study by analytic survey the history and reality of Xi'an textile and use the factor rating method on the industrial estate valuation analysis. Secondly, studying the textile city of Xi'an based on their own situation, I put forward specific measures to protect the development, including regional, industry, space, function, transport, environment, infrastructure, content and other aspects of planning, and discuss the protection of heritage vector elements development approach.
