| With the increasing depletion of non-renewable resources, energy shortage has become a major problem restricting China's development, people has also pay more attention to energy-saving and emission reduction. Since Large-scale public buildings install central air conditioning systems as the major energy-consuming equipment, the energy consumption is quite high, and there are a lot of irrational energy consumption owing to Improper design or operation air-conditioning system in urgent need of energy saving modification and Optimization works accounted for 30%-60% of total energy consumption buildings. Currently how to further improve the effect of energy saving in air-conditioning systems is one of the problems urgent need to be solved in the field of building energy conservation.Firstly,this paper describes in detail the purpose, process, content, procedures and methods of the large-scale public buildings energy survey in Xi'an, the basic overview of building construction for the four types large-scale public buildings has been got a preliminary understanding by means of survey data processing and analysis comparing to the normative standards and research related, furthermore, the air-conditioning system features in large-scale public buildings of Xi'an has been controlled from the air conditioning load, air-conditioning systems, indoor environmental standards, air-conditioning energy measurement and management etc. These provide a solid data base for the below energy-efficient optimization.Secondly, in this paper author explains impact of the external interference and building envelope three factors to the air-conditioning hot and cold load in the large-scale public buildings based on the principle of heat balance,and from building energy-saving point of view author introduces a number of energy efficiency method reducing air-conditioning hot and cold load on these three aspects of factors respectively, air-conditioning load optimization strategy of the four large-scale public buildings has been found by means of these methods combining with the actual characteristics of large-scale public buildings in Xi'an.Thirdly, these energy-saving principles and methods deriving from the composition and classification of air-conditioning system extention are discussed from four aspects of the air conditioning cold and heat source, air-conditioning air system, air-conditioning water system, air-conditioning system of energy measurement and management, air-conditioning energy-efficient optimization strategy of the four large-scale public buildings has been found by means of analysing these methods combining with the actual characteristics of large-scale public buildings in Xi'an.Finally, a hotel building have been selected in the survey of 54 buildings, combined with the optimization strategy mentioned above, analysed from different aspects in order to achieve energy-saving purposes. |
