With the rapid development of national economy,the shortage of natural resources has been a big problem that we need to face.This problem has restricted the economic development. We need to take some energy-saving measures for the country’s development and better lives.Building energy consumption accounts for about 33 percent of China’s total energy consumption. Issues related to building energy efficiency has attracted government attention. In large buildings, Energy consumption of air conditioning accounted for nearly 55%. So it is meaningful to study the methods of the air conditioning energy saving.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper analyses the ventilation system of air conditioning,and proposes the static pressure reset control and the supply air temperature reset control.Through these two methods, we have solved the problem that the lack of air supply and the uneven distribution of temperature.The next,this paper analyses the refrigeration system of air conditioning.On the purpose of optimizing the use time of unit, group control strategy was put forward. Variable water volume control strategy which used the terminal temperature difference control method was put forward. In order to avoid the controlled environment temperature and humidity produce larger fluctuation which are caused by single-parameter control, the opening degree of important valve and the ambient temperature of air terminal was added to the control parameters.on the purpose of the sum of Pump energy consumption and chiller energy consumption was least, variable water temperature control strategy which improved the cooler cop by changing the frozen water outlet temperature was put forward.Secondly,in order to optimize the operation of the air conditioning system, the Air conditioning system need to be comprehensively monitored. So we can monitor each measuring point in real-time.This paper mainly studied the monitoring of air conditioning units,air conditioning water system,fresh air unit and fan coil unit.Thirdly, the optimization method of air conditioning energy consumption is studied.This paper mainly studies the water system of air conditioning.The goal is to make the energy consumption of water system the lowest.Firstly,We build the model of air conditioning water system.By using the least square method,We get the value of the unknown parameter of each subsystem.Then we get the energy consumption model of air conditioning water system. We need to determine the constraints and key independent variable.Finally, by using the genetic algorithms, we find the lowest point of the energy consumption of air conditioning water system.Finally, we simulate the energy consumption of air conditioning systems of Yangzhou University’s large public building.And also we have studied the monitoring model, the device reading model,run program model, the calculations model, PLC control model and the energy device model of air conditioning systems.Through simulation, the conclusion that the optimal control of air conditioning of this paper has the effect of energy efficiency can be proved.
