With the development of city, the cables are used frequently in distribution network planning of some areas with high request of load sight, such as the city centre, shopping centre, etc. There are several lying modes, which depend on many factores. There are greater differences in the cost of those lying modes,and the actual distribution network is laid along the street,the final planning network construction is determined by the street trend constrains. The prevalent mothods didn't consider the demands of street trend constrains and the difference of investment, also neglect the influence of the street to the cable proch in mothod's solution which caused by different lying modes,so the result is unfit to the actual system. Therefore,the further research of distribution network planning of using cables with consideration of street constrains and cable trench planning has very important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,a new model for urban mid-voltage distribution network with consideration of cable trench is proposed. The investment of cable trench is included to the objective function in this new model, and it can accord with the demands of the actual distribution network planning better than prevalent mothods.Secondly, according building a multi-information matrix to describe the process of solving the mothod.In those matrixes,the node and branch information matrixes record the initial street geographic information,the line information matrix and other matrixes record the information of cable lines and cable trenches are formed in the planning process.Thirdly,the paper use Discrete Binary Particle Swarm Optimization to optimize the preliminary network. Considering the separate power supply requirements of the residential load and commercial load, this paper adopts Switch Station Routing Method and Cable Branch Room Routing Method to produce preliminary network. This initialization method can reduce the rearch region of algorithm,improve the efficiency of the search.Finally,the paper implements the network structure planning of Medium Voltage distribution network of an area in Beijing.Using the proposed model and the solving method to optimize the network and compared the project to the model without considering the street constrains. The result fully prove the validity of the proposed models and algorithms are illustrated.
