Heating industry is the basic industry that has global superiority and pilot effect in national economic development, closely linked with people's life. There are serious problems in our country heating industry, although develop rapidly since liberation. building energy in our country is double~trinal that of overseas, especially heat supply energy consumption. Our country is short of energy, especially the average resource, so energy conservation is imperative.Heating pipe network linking heating source with consumer plays a very important role in heat supply reliability and quality. In supply heating pipe network life cycle, design phase is amount to 85% to investment affection. Parameter's choice in this stage, especially specific frictional resistance's choice, plays a decisive role in life cycle cost and network's safety and reliability. At present, we choose specific frictional resistance in our country mainly according to former Soviet Union's experience and recommended adoption 30-70Pa/m or 40-80Pa/m. with economy and heating industry development, Whether or not it is meeting demand and economic needs further study. Optimizing supply heating pipe-network Maximum improves people's life and reduces heating cost, which is very significant to our country energy conservation.The paper mainly analyses and calculates economic specific frictional resistance of primary network of hot water heating system. To optimize and calculate single aim parameter-specific frictional resistance, the paper analyses research status of economic specific frictional resistance in china and abroad and technical and economic evaluation method, introducing the concept of life cycle cost, analyzing life cycle cost constitution and calculation means, establishing mathematic model, optimally calculating single objective specific frictional resistance on the base of life cycle cost least and studying economic specific frictional resistance of representative scale in all kinds of supply and return water temperature and affection of all kinds of factors to economic specific frictional resistance, and analyzing and comparing with traditional calculating method of economic specific frictional resistance. The paper draw a conclusion that commended confine is not totally economy, temperature difference has great impact on economic specific frictional resistance, and different supply water temperature at the same temperature difference, different compensating and earth cutting method basically had no effect on economic specific frictional resistance. The paper Analyses influencing extent of all kinds of factors to economic specific frictional resistance and ascertains sensitive factor and no sensitive factor that effect specific frictional resistance.
