The composition technology for the batches of hole and axis parts, having had already lots of method at present, such as complete interchangeability, selective breeding law and so on. These composition technologies have their advantages respectively. But they have also some disadvantages. The paper brings up one kind of theory for improving the composition quality of big batches hole parts and shaft parts, the author proceeded some studying for applying the statistical control technology to the composition technology, the whole text as follows:First, the paper has suggested the existence various composition technologies for realizing the hole parts and shaft parts, analysis their advantages and disadvantages, brings up the statistical composition theory.Seconded, the author carry out theoretical analysis and method investigation for the kind of technology. At meantime, the author applying the statistical process control technology to the theory, including applying the SPC technology to the production of parts and the composition control of parts for composition fit quality.Finally, the author writes source programs through adopt visual Basic 6.0, realized the fast application of the technology, including calculation function and drawing function. The technology improved efficiency greatly.
