With the rapid development of modern industrial technology,mechanical manufacturing processing technology plays an increasingly important role in advanced manufacturing technology.However,with the continuous progress of science and technology,people have higher and higher requirements for machining accuracy.Therefore,advanced manufacturing technology has become the basis for realizing the "Made in China 2025" plan.One of the important indicators to measure the level of manufacturing industry is the advanced degree of numerical control manufacturing technology and equipment,and the main way to develop numerical control manufacturing technology and equipment is to improve the processing accuracy.As the main movement of the spindle,its motion accuracy plays a decisive role in the machining accuracy of the whole machine.Because there are many uncertain factors in the process of workpiece machining,it is more difficult to measure the shape error of machine tool spindle on line than in machine.The emergence of error separation technology provides the possibility for the on-line measurement of error.This paper describes the research status of spindle rotation error measurement and error separation technology at home and abroad,and compares the characteristics and limitations of the existing rotation error measurement methods and error separation technology.In order to avoid harmonic suppression,the multi-turn recombination four-point method is used to separate the rotation error.The installation Angle and weight coefficient of the sensor were optimized by using the improved genetic algorithm.To verify the accuracy of the proposed algorithm,carries on the lathe spindle radial rotation error separation experiment,through the analysis of the spindle end error source tracing,impact on the front facet of machine tool spindle radial runout greater support for accuracy before and after compensation,in order to improve the error detection precision and machining precision machine tool,in this paper,the main work is as follows:Firstly,the roundness error evaluation algorithm of the four-point method is studied,and the multi-loop recombination four-point method matrix algorithm is proposed for the limitation of complex Fourier series transformation calculation of the four-point method,and the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation.Second analysis method at four o ’clock in sensor probe installation Angle and the out put weight coefficient to the rotation error influence,establish the objective function,the limitation of slow convergence speed of traditional genetic algorithm,the traditional genetic algorithm is applied to calculate the probability of improvement,change the crossover and mutation factor to adaptive form,realize the optimization of objective function,The optimal installation angles and output weights of the sensors are obtained for each common harmonic order.By comparing the iteration curves of the optimization results before and after the improvement,the superiority of the improved algorithm in iteration speed is proved.Debugging and installing the software and hardware equipment required by the error separation experiment,HXC32 D slanting rail CNC lathe was selected to carry out the spindle rotation error separation experiment,and the experimental results were analyzed to further verify the correctness of the algorithm.The accuracy of the improved algorithm was proved by comparing with the results of the unoptimized simulation experiment.Finally analyze the cause the error of the spindle rotation error source identification,will be the impact of various error sources on the spindle rotation error ratio in the form of a pie chart,error analysis and study the principle of mutual compensation,find easy to mutual compensation of the error and error compensate each other virtual experiments,the experimental results show that error compensation can effectively reduce the spindle rotation error,To achieve the purpose of improving the machining accuracy of machine tools.
