With the development of ecnomy and traffic,CFST arch bridge has developed rapidly by the merits such as simple construction and long span in china since 1999. However,the theoretical research of CFST arch bridge lagged behind the enginering practice,the disengaging of steel and concrete is a problem to be solved.The disengaging make the steel and the concrete do not work together,which is inconsistent with the assumption that the steel and concrete are well bonded. When the steel come into yield situation,CFST being in a state of low stress do not take the confining effect ,which would influence the play of mechanical properties of CFST and endanger the structure and hinder the development of CFST arch bridge.The stress produced from CFST can prevent the disengaging of steel and concrete and enhance the interaction,which make that the actual situation is agree with the design theroy of CFST arch bridge.As a part of the project of the research on the develepement and application of self-prestress concrete filled steel tube funded by Western China Communications Science Construction ProjectsThe specific invastigation are carried out as follow:â‘ Collecting the data of CFST arch bridge builted ,analysising the basic parameters of CFST arch bridge,providing the reference for the design of self-prestress CFST arch bridge.â‘¡Analysising the self-prestress CFST short column with ansys software,summarizing the research of self-prestress CFST and studing the self-prestress of core concrete and the influnce factors and studying the bearing capacity of self-prestress CFST short column.â‘¢Analysising the disengaging result from the temperature difference of CFST arch rib;designing the reasonable value of self-prestress and expansion ratio of core concrete of CFST arch rib refering the data of sunshine temperature in chongqing.
