Steel tube corrosion is a major disease to concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge and its short-term corrosion effect is not obvious, while long-term impact is very big. With the age growth of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge in service and the change of environment, the influence of corrosion will be more and more obvious, but the current research on corrosion of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge focuses on the corrosion protection measures, and the study of remaining bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge after corrosion is still in its infancy.Taking concrete filled steel tube arch rib as the research object, changing its global and local thickness to simulate its overall and local corrosion by rings,as well as taking ferrule effect of core concrete into consideration after steel pipe corrosion and thinning, the paper uses ABAQUS to build finite element models of various corrosion condition, and establish corrosion and the corresponding relationship between the bearing capacity of arch rib remaining based on the elastic buckling analysis and nonlinear analysis, and concludes that the overall corrosion when the bearing capacity of arch rib with corrosion depth, the change rule of local corrosion when the bearing capacity of arch rib in corrosion, corrosion area and corrosion depth change rule of different situations. This paper is to provide feasible reference for design and construction of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge,as well as effective proof in the process of health detection and maintenance of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge.
