As the Yuancun bridge was reinforced successfully by the Energy-released Method reinforcement technology in the end of 2008, it brings a ray of hope for the dangerous composite truss arch bridge. Because the composite truss arch bridge was reinforced firstly by the Energy-released Method reinforcement technology,we find some aspects of the technology need be in-depth consummated,it will be accumulated experiences for the reinforcement of other composite truss arch bridge. In this paper,proceeding from the theory of the Energy-released Method reinforcement technology, the author researches the computing model and calculational method of the composite truss arch bridge reinforced by Energy-released Method. Proceeding from the shortage of the original calculational method and using the finite element analysis software, the author seeks a new overall simulative calculational method for the composite truss arch bridge reinforced by the Energy-released Method.In this paper, through studing the finite element thought and the Energy-released Method reinforcement theory, the author gives the method to imitate arch feet connection using the flexible connection element in the composite truss arch bridge reinforced by the Energy-released Method,then achieves the computing model and calculational method of the composite truss arch bridge reinforced by the Energy-released Method. The author calculates the Yuancun bridge reinforced by the Energy-released Method with the overall simulative calculation using the finite element analysis software. By comparison and assessment of calculated results, proving that the method of overall simulative calculation for the composite truss arch bridge reinforced by the Energy-released Method using the finite element analysis software is feasible,.And compared with the previous method,the accuracy and simplicity of the calculation are improved. Through comparison and analysis of the load test data before and after Yuancun bridge's reinforcement, it proves that the Yuancun bridge's performances are greatly improved after reinforcement by the Energy-released Method. Lastly, the author makes a few points need to research.
