Jinshajiang River's hinterland riches in mineral resources, Reserves of iron ore and RE among the nation's, Phosphate rock resources also rich. Panzhihua city along the river is a famous iron and steel industrial base,Inland waterway plays an important role in the process of heart of resource and economic development.Xiangjiaba hydropower station is the last cascade planning of Jinshajiang River's downstream, river bed's topography of power station is complex, and have numerous rapids beaches, a larger water surface slope.It is not set temporary ship lock during the construction diversion period of power station, power station's lower hub is well received by the estuary backwater of the Hengjiang, Leg's Rapids, flow conditions, and changes of sediment washed are extremely complex. In order to ensure smooth passenger and cargo transportation to ensure the smooth construction of power plants, it's need to lunch a research in the navigation problems.In this paper,a view from the construction diversion period impact on the construction method of diversion,waterway and navigation conditions, reservoir area's navigation conditions of transshipment terminal,and other aspects, using two-dimensional mathematical model,simulated and studied the various stages'navigation conditions. After a comprehensive comparative analysis, optimized the program based on the corresponding design. Through the works of comprehensive verificationthe aboutnavigation conditions, through capacity, berthing operations, comprehensive utilization, the prospects for development,and economic interests.In order to ensure power station's smooth flow and safety during the construction period, to provide a technical support.From the perspective of being completed and putting into use engineerings, the project's research has achieved good results, Successfully solved the problem of phase construction's obstacle navigation problem. Cross dam transportation running well, channel flowing,and did not occur accident, produced a significant social and economic benefits. The study results can be available for reference to the similar power station's navigation studies during the construction period.
