Study On Production Logistics Patterns Of Auto Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Supply Chain

With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, automotive logistics has become increasingly of concern. At the same time, the automotive industry is recognized as one of the most complex industries of logistics operation, and competition of automobile manufacturing enterprises has become competition between its supply chains. The automotive industry needs collaboration of members of the logistics supply chain to form effective operation so as to improve overall operational efficiency. Therefore, this paper analyzed the logistics of the operation mode of production automobile manufacturers based on the most typical automotive industry supply chain.This paper firstly maked a summary of China automotive trade logistics and introduces the supply chain management thought and theory-oriented, and put forward integrated logistics management theory of auto manufacturers based on the supply chain, and automobile manufacturers production logistics the characteristics and main mode of conduct summarizes the proposed direction of automotive supply chain logistics operation is through the sharing of information between member companies for effective collaboration, which used a systematic approach to coordinate the overall operation of the mechanisms and logistics activities. In addition, the effect of third-party logistics for in-depth logistics of procurement and supply, and cooperation in the supply chain information sharing mechanism was also studied.In this basis, through analysis of the overall mode of operation of the automobile manufacturing enterprise logistics, the paper came up with design methods of the logistics operation mode which based on supply chain and manufacturing operations within the production process of critical logistics logistics technical problem solution, which makes to meet the supply chain of auto industry logistics needs.Finally this paper can be further integrated through the Fourth Party Logistics operations in the automotive industry's existing resources, from the theory initially built based on the Fourth of auto industry production logistics of the frame model and the operation of the process system, pointed out that the Fourth is the future automotive industry trends and direction of competition and which is also the optimal choice in the supply chain.
