China’s auto market has great potential, and has great potential. Some famous brands of foreign countries have invested in our country to build the production base, the implementation of the localization of production, resulting in fierce competition in the automotive industry, which makes China become the world’s auto industry and an important market. Automobile enterprises if you want to break through a tight encirclement, acquire an advantageous position in the market, upstream suppliers and downstream distributors, etc. into the system of supply chain cooperation, access to competitive position by using the advantage of supply chain collaboration. The operation of the supply chain production system, making R & D design, suppliers, processors, distributors is not in the same region but throughout all over the world. Therefore, logistics and distribution sectors become the key problem of the automotive industry in global supply chain operation, can reduce the cost of logistics, in order to make the production and operation cost reduce.This paper is based on the above background, research enterprise production logistics system optimization, according to the actual situation of enterprise production logistics, find production logistics system constraints bottleneck problem, from the perspective of supply chain management, solve the problem of production system, realize the production logistics cost reduction, so as to achieve more profit space. Production logistics is the core of enterprise logistics, production logistics and supply chain logistics, so, need to improve the logistics efficiency of automobile supply chain logistics and supply chain logistics.As of this writing it is based on supply chain management, study Z car companies to optimize production logistics system. This paper analyzes the original Z car production logistics situation and problems, through in-depth analysis of the root causes of production logistics problems, and then an optimization program, optimized production logistics performance evaluation.The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of this research study, research situation analysis, research roadmap. The second chapter reviewed the theoretical construct production logistics operation mode based on supply chain thinking. The third chapter of the Z car companies of the production process model, production logistics features overview, analysis of the current status of production logistics enterprise Z, Z summarize the key issues of production logistics exist. The fourth chapter is optimized for the Z production logistics objectives and principles of design, we proposed a reasonable production logistics optimization design method optimization programs to address the constraints bottlenecks. The fifth chapter is content optimization for Z production logistics supply chain management performance evaluatio,on aspects of quality of performance, efficiency, performance, personnel performance, cost performance such as the establishment of performance evaluation index system of production logistics system optimization scheme adopted. The sixth chapter is the main content of the paper conclusions and future research prospects.
