This paper presents Remodel Design and Analysis on Fuel Spray system for New Medium-speed Marine Diesel Engine.On basis of HYDSIM software, the calculating model for this fuel injection system has been built for simulating for fuel spray, then the calculation results of performance are optimized.Fuel injection system of diesel engine consists of fuel pump, and high pressure tube, injectors, and so on. Critical component that matches each other is very important, If the selection of the components is unreasonable, secondary injection may be caused, or longer injection duration, or lower injection pressure, etc, all these above directly affect the economic performance of diesel engine. To establish an accurate description of the mathematical model of the fuel injection system, simulation calculation can improve the efficiency of fuel injection analysis. Specific research includes:1) With 6L21/31 as a prototype, a remodel design calculation has completed on fuel injection system.With 6L21/31 as a prototype, initial design parameters of the components are identified on the fuel injection system, and the check of calculation is carry out,and the results meet the 6L21/32 fuel injection system design requirements.2) Simulation model of fuel injection system is built on basis of HYDSIMAfter building the units of fuel injection system simulation model,the connection is determined between the various units of the fuel injection, each unit connects to a simulation model, the model built accordance with 6L21/31 structure of entities, considering the injection boundary conditions with a high degree of model simulation.3) The initial calculation and analysis is completed on fuel injection system simulation model, to remodel the 6L21/31 structure.The initial design of the fuel injection system is completed, the result is not the ideal place which has given a modified design, and analyze the results of modified model, and discuss the reasonable design of the 6L21/32 engine.4) Discussed the impact of each unit for the fuel injection systemDiscussed the impact through changing plunger diameter and length, and diameter of high pressure pipeline, and nozzle's number, and nozzle's diameter and other parameters of the fuel injection system.
