Combine the characteristics of modern automobile manufacturing, in order to be able to respond to customer requirements quickly, made constructive views of the design of the transmission method and provide an effective reference scheme.Automobile's power transmission has the revere tremendous influence to complete car's power and the fuel oil efficiency. therefore in power transmission parameter determination into automobile design an important constitute. this thesis uses optimization design theory, makes optimization design on transmission gear ratio parameters and gear parameters of automobile. And exploits the soft ware of transmission Parameters optimization design and strength check.This thesis has done the following work:First of all analyses the design software's advantages and disadvantages of domestic and international transmission, then sum up their research results and look a comprehensive evaluate index system of automotive power and fuel oil efficiency.And use a weighted coefficient combine power and fuel economy as the common design goals, to optimize and design transmission gear ratio. In order to optimize transmission gears'parameters more effectively, with transmission volume minimized as goal, according to application and structure requirements to decide the parameters'constraint principles, and then apply the mathematical optimization design method to optimize the design parameters of gear.Based on the optimization and analysis model of transmission parameter model, uses MATLAB and C as a tool to program the software of transmission parameters optimization. And also take MATLAB/GUI as the Interface-exploiting tool to set up an interface of mutual communication between men and computers. Using MATLAB as the platform, It has a very friendly interface, strong function of mutual communication between men and computers, and easy operational methods. Except the transmission Parameters optimization function, the software also can calculate attractive performance and fuel economy. The attractive performance calculation mainly includes the engine external characteristics fit procedure, hybrid characteristics procedure, transmission gear ratio and gear parameter optimization procedures. Simulation program, optimization procedures and graphics rendering completed mainly in MATLAB, the user interface is to use C to develop. In this way, the user access to only the GUI software interface, and simulation software is hidden in the background.At last, use light goods vehicle as an example, Calculate and simulate these goal function of car's power, fuel oil efficiency and volume When Introducing the optimization process. then program and put them in different design Forum, optimize and design transmission gear ratio, gear parameters and calibrate gear and transmission shaft stiffness, the result meet the demands.
