In recent years, concrete continuous box girder bridge has been widely used at home and abroad, which has Attractive appearance, safe and reliable. Meanwhile, the span is also growing, the construction process has become increasingly complex, so that the important construction monitoring will become more pronounced, we need structure analysis, construction, monitoring, analysis collate and effective organizational management. Construction monitoring to ensure the bridge into the bridge alignment and stress state generally consistent with design requirements to ensure quality and safety of the bridge in the modern bridge construction has an important role. In this paper, overview of domestic and foreign large-span continuous box girder bridge, the ministry of structural control based on the technology and its development trend, combined with Wujing highway the 2nd bridge of Hanbei river construction monitoring, in the construction process to pay attention to some of the key issues for a targeted research.1) The use of forward analysis and regression analysis as the way, using Midas/civil and Bridge doctor dedicated analysis software, based on high-strength concrete on-site elastic modulus, shrinkage and creep, building simulation analysis model to calculate the construction of the stress and strain of the simulation results, to guide on-site construction.;2) The establishment of an on-site construction monitoring system to carry out the structural stress (strain), deflection and temperature monitoring and analysis of the construction monitoring of the key influencing factors and put forward the corresponding pre-control measures, monitoring results of the stress under control sections.;3) Use the least square method to carry out the construction to monitor legislation die elevation adjustments and projections provide the basis for the construction of linear contol to ensure the normal bridge construction and close up;4) To explore the 2nd bridge of Hanbei river construction of the main bridge control management system. Comparison of theoretical analysis and measured data gaps, a comprehensive analysis of the reasons, in order to provide a basis for future monitoring work. Element analysis results obtained with the traditional methodology of precamber curves for comparison and found that the traditional method and the larger the difference between the actual results of the analysis, finite element method analysis of the pre-camber is more in line with the actual.
