With the rapid development of infrastructure in China,the bridge construction technology is changing with each passing day,and the bridge construction is gradually moving towards more and more span.Based on the characteristics of structural force more reasonable,low cost and comfortable driving,the prestressed continuous beam bridge The advantages have been rapid development.However,due to its theoretical and construction experience is not very complete,there are still some technical problems in the construction process,and the construction process of large span prestressed continuous girder bridge is affected by multiple factors,material physical mechanics parameters,load characteristics and structure Mechanics models are time-varying.Therefore,the need for bridge structural simulation analysis,on-site construction monitoring and control and effective construction organization and management.The effective construction monitoring scheme can make its structure force,the design linearity and the design intention coincide well,avoid the postponement of the bridge operation safety danger,in the modern bridge construction has the important significance.On the basis of summarizing the construction control technology and development trend of large span prestressed continuous box girder bridge at home and abroad,this paper studies the construction monitoring of this kind of bridge with the construction monitoring of a main bridge.(1)The main contents and monitoring theory of bridge construction monitoring are expounded,and the stress and strain monitoring and pre-camber setting theory of prestressed continuous girder bridge are discussed,and various factors influencing construction monitoring are introduced.(2)Based on the monitoring of a Yellow River Bridge,a monitoring scheme for stress,strain,deflection,temperature effect monitoring and feedback correction of construction process is developed.(3)Combining the forward algorithm and the backward algorithm,the finite element analysis software of midas bridge is used to give the simulation results of the deformation and stress during the construction process,which is used to guide the construction monitoring.(4)The construction monitoring system was established,and the stress,strain and temperature monitoring were carried out.The influencing factors of construction monitoring were analyzed,and the corresponding pre-control measures were put forward to obtain the monitoring results of the control section.The research results of this paper can be applied not only to the prestressed continuous box girder bridge with cantilever pouring construction,but also have some reference and reference significance for the construction control scheme of arch bridge,suspension bridge and cablestayed bridge.
