Magnetic Levitation is a relatively new Technology in Mechanic and electronic, it has lots of merits, such as no mechanical contact, no need of lubrication, no wear less noise and can improve the service time of the equipments etc.through the maglev ball,which is a simple and inexpensive decoration, spreading magnetic levitation principle to people, showing the true state of the earth, integrating teaching entertainment, including knowledge and interests, feeling the magic charm of high-tech products. At present,research of maglev technology can achieve cross-infiltration of many disciplines and promote development and application of maglev high-tech products,thus is of great theoretical and practical significance.Because of the levitation ball is bottom of coil in conventional maglev globe,this structure has many limitations in visual.so this paper design a repulsion hybrid maglev ball.In this structure,the ball is top of the foundation.This hybrid maglev ball is balanced the gravitation depend on the repulsion between permanent magnet,electromagnetic force balance electromagnet to exert external disturbances allowing the stability of suspended ball suspension.Maglev ball which is studied in this paper belongs to the attractive levitation systems and is the foundation of researching other systems.i.This paper introduces the magnetic ball suspension system, the principle of hybrid maglev ball is analyzed.In the process of structural designing,the paper introduces principle of design and design process of permanent magnet supporting structure and electromagnetic supporting structure,and the rationality of structure is simulated by ANSYS.ii.In order to facilitate the analysis and design,mathematical models of control system are established.Because of the complexity of system architecture, this article is not based on the traditional modeling process, instead of using simulation methods to establish various degrees of freedom mathematical model,from classical control theory point,transfer functions of control system are solved,and the simulation of the system controllability and observability. iii.According to the mathematical models,dynamic simulations of control system are done by using MATLAB/Simulink tool,the simulations of classical PID control and its improve forms are done.In the controller design section, the design process of the power supply circuit, Hall sensor circuit, control circuit, power amplifier circuit is introduces.iv.Finally, experiments is designed in this paper when the suspension system in the static voltage output curve, the sensor output curve, the electromagnetic coil current curve ,and it has quite satisfactory results.The same time, it also verified that when given a suspended imposition of an external interference with the ball when it is the acceleration curve, showed that over a certain period of time the ball can be suspended automatic stabilizers, indicating that the system has a certain anti-interference ability.From the research,it introduce the design principle, design process。it can make a foundation for the future work.
