The rapid development of modern military science and technology,military warfare means radical changes to the aircraft engine higher demands. Therefore, accurate, fast, effective control of engine operating state is particularly important. Engine lubrication system condition monitoring and fault diagnosis engine condition monitoring technology are an important part of the normal work of its oil system,which will directly affect the engine reliability.The self nature of the lubricas have a great influence on the lubrication effect of the aero-engine lubrication system.Therefore, this article make a study on the impact and the relationship which the lubricant properties (lubricity, anti-oxidation stability, corrosion resistance, mobility, abrasion resistance, anti-foam, etc.) on the lubrication system at first. The study found the nature of the lubricant must be a rational choice model in order to ensure that the engine oil lubrication system in the special operating environment,which will give full play to lubrication performance and to minimize the wear and tear. Meanwhile, the article gives a brief introduction on the determination of the nature of lubricating oil in various methods, the last of the measures to improve the performance of lubricating oil lubrication is discussed.Secondly,the paper realized the working environment of the aircraft engines. Pairs of solid particles of several pollutants, pollution and other impacts on the lubrication system was described and analyzed. And describes several common engine deposits and the corresponding approach. Against the model of aero-engine lubrication system, Of several common lubrication system contamination fault classification and a brief analysis of the causes of various failures, Failure of the various forms of pollution has made specific detection methods and control measures.Finally, Key to a certain type of aircraft engine lubrication system as the research object, in-depth analysis of the system working principle and structure characteristics of components, integrated application fluid mechanics, engineering thermodynamics theory and numerical calculation and experimental methods, the establishment of a lubricating oil system pressure loss calculation model; On this basis, the engine oil system based on data collected under well-established steady-state pressure oil system, mathematical model, oil system for judging the performance degradation and failure to provide a reference. This end of the spectrum from the lubricating oil introduced fault diagnosis methods, and neural network knowledge in a certain type of Engine Oil System application are briefly discussed.
