In this paper, research the policy for the new PROFI optimize of coordination control and temperature control in GUOHUA DINGZHOU Power Plant. The RB load control loop of GUOHUA DINGZHOU Power Plant contains four parts: RB load calculation, RB activating conditions, RB interlock loop, and RB rate calculation. Explain the block diagram of the PROFI control with forecast as follows, and the temperature control module in the PROFI control system has robustness and self-study function. Units feature the work of identification is an important debugging Profi, which mainly includes units feature model and temperature characteristics model. The former includes the response characteristics of steam and boiler heat storage properties, the latter including superheater/reheater out, between the inlet temperature characteristic model. Profi debugging, including the original DCS control loop optimization related to debugging, Profi and Profi new units coordinated control temperature control debugging.
