At present,the soot-blowing of heating surfaces is still timed in Zhangshan power plant. Due to the fouling increasing rate of heating surfaces is different, so the fouling extent of heating surfaces is not the same. The timed soot-blowing might bring on that when the fouling of some heating surface is not serious ,it begin to sootblow and a lot of soot-blowing medinum will be awasted. when the flouling is very serio -us , but the soot-blowing is not carried on, it may cause accident.Aiming at the defect of the soot-blowing in Zhangshan power plant, the fouling monitoring model of each heating surface is established in this paper. The fouling factor will show the fouling extent of each heating surface. The several key factors are analyzed which may have effect on the fouling and slagging. Finally, considering the fouling factor and the effecting factors, the reasonable soot-blowing project is presented, which would have a guide for the optimizing of the boiler soot-blowing system.
