Brief calculating method of each extraction steam equivalent heat drop based on thermal equilibrium analysis fundamental theory was induced. Theoretical research and method model were carried out with exergy analysis method. Meanwhile, exergy matrix equation was built. Optimization analysis of the structure about thermodynamic system of Da Gang power plant 328.5MW unit was carried out on the basis of available achievements in this paper. It includes the following aspects. Firstly, on the thermal equilibrium point of view a whole energy analysis and partial quantity analysis was preceded. Secondly, on the exergy equilibrium point of view a whole exergy analysis is made and it is easy to find thermal system deficiencies. Then, by classical optimization method the optimization analysis of the structure about subsets and subsystems was made. With the above study, it supplies qualifications for the economy efficiency increase and structure optimization of the same type units.
