With the sustained and stable economic development, China's energy consumption is increased further. China's power consumption is too large which has become China's a prominent problem during the economic and social development. Power electricity rate is a key guide line for an important component of the electric power industry generating businesses, and the power consumption of key enterprises。If power electricity rate is decreased, the cost for generating will decreased and economic evaluation will increased. After in-depth investigation and study, current plant electricity rate status of Dalate electricity power plant and optimizing scheme on plant electricity system operation style and generator startup which is powered on are analyzed. Cooling stand the idea of Kai is proposed. The idea of stand-Kai prepared by cooling has been simulated by the Digital simulation test, and the test results show it is possible of cooling stand for the standby transformer, and a detailed on-site testing scheme is provided.
