With the continuous development of the national economy and the increasing living standards of the people,building energy consumption is growing,resulting in environmental problems(such as haze)is also growing.China's industrial construction area accounts for a large proportion of all the construction area,the total investment amount of investment accounted for 3% higher than the civil construction,and building energy consumption in the total building energy consumption accounted for a large proportion.Therefore,the industrial building energy-saving technology research has a very important significance.In this paper,a large number of research on the structure of the industrial plant in Xinjiang has been carried out.It is found that the structure of the plant in the area since the last century was dominated by the structure of the structure.The walls were mainly clay tiles or Caigang sandwich panels.Steel-based.Through the envelope heat dissipation,resulting in indoor temperature is too low to produce condensation phenomenon,affecting the structure of the safety and service life,resulting in building maintenance costs and heating energy consumption increase.Therefore,it is urgent to study the technical measures of energy saving and transformation of industrial buildings in the region.This paper chooses the cold working plant of Urumqi Expressway in Xinjiang as the research object.Its thermal test,thermal inspection,found that the plant part of the envelope can not meet the norms of "minimum thermal resistance" requirements.Through the surface condensation and internal condensation to determine the discovery of the plant is the main reason for condensation is the envelope surface temperature is low,relative humidity.The heat loss caused by heat transfer through the envelope in the cold area is large.First of all,the author uses the energy consumption simulation software Design Builder to establish the model,the Urumqi locomotive cold processing plant as a "reference building" to simulate the annual cumulative heat load,and converted into standard coal.Then,respectively,to simulate the external walls,roofs in different insulation materials and doors and windows with different types of glass after the plant energy consumption situation,hoping to increase the wall,roof and doors and windows of the thermal resistance to reduce heating energy consumption.According to the simulation results,the "Industrial Building Energy Conservation Design Standard"(draft)on the envelope of the provisions of the heat transfer coefficient limit to determine the external wall 1 can in the original 370 mm clay brick wall plus 30 mm XPS;wall 2,the roof should be 80 mm XPS Color steel sandwich panels;windows with Low-e 6 / 6mmAir glass.Finally,according to the simulation of energy efficiency,taking into account the economy,operability,the roof of the plant for the transformation of key parts.The concrete measures are as follows: the roof is made of 80 mm XPS color steel sandwich panel,the steam layer is set on the indoor side,and the ventilation layer is placed on the waterproof and vaporized layer so that the insulation material is in the semi-airtight structure.For a large local cooking area,the authors suggest that the roof of the cooking tank can be raised to 15 m by setting the ventilated skylights to be dehumidified by hot pressing and mechanical ventilation,and a baffle should be provided to cut off the wet air Other areas of proliferation.Based on the above understanding and understanding,the author hopes that this paper can provide some theoretical basis and technical scheme for the energy saving of industrial buildings in severe cold areas,and to promote energy conservation and transformation of industrial buildings in severe cold areas to a certain extent.
