| At present, China has experienced rapidly economic development, but the development of energy production is relatively slow, so the energy needed for economic development should rely more on energy conservation. Building energy-saving is an inevitable trend of construction technology development. After "Eleventh Five-Year" China presented a higher task of 150 million m2. In order to speed up China's energy-saving rate, and to ensure the effectiveness of retrofit, China carried out a large area of existing building retrofit projects, and Tangshan City was one of the demonstration sites. A comprehensive analysis of the residental building was made.First, the heating systems in energy efficiency retrofit were invested, and a comparative analysis of the indoor comfort before and after retrofit was done to verify the substantive benefits to the residents. Second, the statistics of the energy consumption of the building in the last three years were made. For the energy consumption changes before and after the retrofit, the inadequacy of energy saving recommendations was proposed. Through the analysis of the three heating systems and people's acceptability of the system, a more comprehensive analysis was made. For the vertical double-pipe system, the household cycle horizontal parallel double-pipe system and the single-pipe system, a detailed summary from the construction, investment, energy consumption and promotion was made. Finally, DeST simulation software was used to simulate building energy consumption, and energy consumption was compared to verify the actual energy efficiency, and building efficiency retrofit confidence was enhanced.Household heat metering technology was mainly studied. According to China's actual situation, Suitable ideas and techniques for existing buildings in northern China's energy effciency retrofit was explored. The data will support the design and will provide reference for Tangshan City and the country's energy efficiency retrofit. |
