In recent years, China is currently in the period peak of urbanization with the rapid development of urbanization,resulting in the large-scale development of the building materials industry and construction industry, which prompted the large-scale development of the building materials industry and construction industry, this causes the continuous increases in the proportion of building energy consumption account for social total energy consumption. Therefore, Large public building has developed rapidly, whose energy consumption is very large. As the increasing attention to energy conservation from all walks of life, large public building become the focus research object of building energy efficiency at present.This paper makes a typically commercial complex compound architecture in Hefei as the model to research the dynamic energy consumption of commercial complex building in hot summer and cold winter region,using self-developed energy simulation software, DeST, by Tsinghua.Through the study on three aspects of the basic temperature, building load and building air conditioning energy consumption, this paper research on energy-saving technology with the own geographical features in the Hefei area finally.In Hefei area, the characteristic of year-round climate is four distinct seasons, mild climate, rainfall,changeable temperature in spring,crisp autumn, rainy significant and rain concentration in summer.Hefei has 15.7 degrees of the annual average temperature,nearly 1000 mm of rainfall and more than 2100 hours of sunshine, it is sub-tropical humid monsoon climate and a typical hot summer and cold winter areas. Hefei has its unique geographical features with a wealth of solar energy, soil, water, air and other resources, which should be to use fully. It sets up the calculation of the input parameters for calculating energy simulation of the practical commercial complex building in Hefei region, and for different Settings under the condition of simulation. some conclusions are drawn.For the basic temperature of the room in this architecture, the basic temperature of the room at the top and lower is higher than in the middle layer when facing the same; the basic temperature of the room in the south is generally higher than the room in the north when facing the same floor; the basic temperature of the room in the middle is generally higher than the room in the corner when facing the same; wall material has a significant impact on the basic temperature of the room in winter and has less impact in transitional seasons and summer.For wall envelope, window-wall ratio have a greater impact on heat consumption of buildings and cooling consumption. When the window-wall ratio is large, that also means closing to the all-glass curtain wall, it will lead to a lot of solar heat entering through the walls and windows of the room, then the room became the cooling load, which will greatly increase in summer air conditioning energy consumption of buildings;For the heat transfer coefficient of building envelope is not as small as possible, such as facades K = 0.5W /( ㎡.K), has been able to achieve the ideal energy-saving effect, if it continues to reduce the heat transfer coefficient of the external walls, then its energy-saving potential is relatively small, and sometimes even appear to reduce energy consumption but the heat transfer coefficient increases.For the building energy consumption, it analyzes three aspects of the satisfaction for the whole year of the system, the total power consumption of whole building lighting and equipment, energy consumption of the air conditioning equipment respectively,in order to explain that the satisfaction is better by using all air constant air volume system for this building; and the total power consumption of whole building lighting,equipment and air condition is quite amazing, so it needs to find new energy-efficient means to deal with the use of this enormous energy.Now for the study of energy-saving technology has many kinds, the heat pump technology is a good tool for its own resources in Hefei area.Heat pump technology is the use of low energy in the renewable energy, waste water and waste gas waste gas for energy conversion, so as to meet the needs of the energy consumption of people.Finally, this paper makes the solar-ground source heat pump system, a new energy-saving,environmentally friendly heating( cooling) system as an example,expounds the trend of development at home and abroad, and analysis the advantages and disadvantages different of solar systems and ground source heat pump system connecting method, so as to illustrate the feasibility of heat pump technology and considerable prospect.Through the heat pump energy-saving technology, not only can solve the problem of huge energy consumption of air conditioning energy consumption from society, but also can utilize the abundant natural resources in Hefei fully.
