As a clean and renewable energy, not only can ease the energy crisis, but also conducive to environmental protection, it can bring direct economic benefits and social benefits. Therefore, in recent years, it become extensive attention and various. Wind power industry has developed rapidly. Currently available and widely used multi-grid wind power generation systems using induction generators, But efficiency is not high.. And because it used the speed gearbox, so the system reliability is not high. The use of direct drive permanent magnet synchronous generator wind power system, because of its high efficiency, and the convenience, control, and good results. In this paper, mainly study the modeling and simulation of the permanent magnet direct drive wind power system.The power system consist of two energy conversion process, namely wind turbine convert wind power to mechanical energy and generator convert mechanical energy to electrical energy.This paper studies the characteristics and operation mechanism of wind turbine and PMSG to establish a permanent magnet direct drive wind power generation system model,including wind speed model,wind turbine model,permanet magnet synchronous generator model and mathematical model power converter model.And carries out a model of the simulation system in Matlab/Simulink.This paper based on rotor flux oriented presents machine side-converter vector control method to achive maximum power transfer and improve the efficiency of the generator.This paper studied sensorless algorithm of permanent magnet direct drive wind power control system,to solve the increase of inertia due to the installation of position sensor,the system vulnerable to outside interference decreasing reliability issues.For the network side inverter control to take DC voltage loop and inner loop reactive current double closed-loop control strategy,and can achieve the objectives to DC power inverter with the same frequency,with the amplitude of the AC,maintain a constant DC voltage,and according to power requirements can achieve with the reactive power exchange.Modeling and Simulation is an important and effective way for the research and analysis of mechanical and electrical performance of the system.Matlab/Simulink simulation tool,while providing abundant modules,but the motor are traditional motor,such as asynchronous induction motor,wound synchronous machine and Doubly Fed Machines,and so on.It can not be directly used for permanent magnet direct drive wind power system simulation.This thesis based on Simulink establishes Permanent magnet synchronous generator and encapsulation,thus proides a convenient,reliable tool for the emulation research of this kind of generator systems.The studies for the establishment of New Permanent Magnet Direct-drive Wind Turbine with full copyrights laid theoretical and practical foundation.
