Due to the induction heating has the advantages of energy-saving, high efficiency, pollution free, it has been widely applied in industrial production. In this paper, my research object is the medium frequency induction heating power. According to shortage of the traditional medium frequency induction heating power control system, a new medium frequency induction heating power control system was designed. Based on the theoretical analysis, the medium-frequency induction heating power digital control technology was studied and the medium-frequency induction heating power control system based on MCU and CPLD was designed.In order to implement real time monitoring to the rectifier links, power adjust links, inverter display and communication links of the main circuit, the C8051F330 and EPM7064 were adopted as the main control chips to achieve field control and remote monitoring of the medium frequency induction heating power. An improved PI control algorithm was introduced for the practical requirements. Power transfer and frequency phase locked composite control method was employed in inverter links. The control precision and efficiency are improved. The sampling circuit, protection circuit, driver and other hardware were designed, and the entire control circuit PCB board was designed and produced. On this basis, the MCU and CPLD control procedures and the LCD display software were programmed.Finally, different control modules were tested separately, the control system and the main circuit were integrated debugged, the experimental results and analysis were given out. The results show that Power factor greater than 94%; Power efficiency was more than 95%; Rectifier trigger pulse phase range was 0-120°; Inverter frequency was 200Hz-10KHz, Meet the design requirements of the subject.
