As the implementation of the components, stepping motors are the key mechanical and electrical integration, one of the products are widely used in a variety of automatic control systems. With the development of microelectronics and computer technology the demand for the stepping motor is increasing in many areas. Highlight the advantages of stepping motor is that it can work in a wide frequency range, by changing the pulse frequency to achieve speed control, quick starts and stops, positive inversion control. By it composed of open-loop system is simple, inexpensive, and very reliable, so it is used in many fields.Stepping motor drive system developed in recent years, as a new driving technology, it get a lot of applications in the civilian industry. With the stepping motor required to shorten the response time and improve the operating speed of the problem, researchers at home and abroad for the speed control, proposed a linear velocity model and the index of velocity models control mode, but all these have certain problems; When the solution requires a smaller stepper motor step angle, higher resolution, or to reduce the stepper motor itself, the inherent low frequency vibration, noise and other problems, there has been stepping motor drive technology segments, the current more common constant-current chopper drive, pulse width modulation driver, uniform constant amplitude rotating current vector drive technologies, which drive technology, been able to meet the technical requirements of a particular occasion, but lack a certain flexibility.Main contents of this article are as follows:In this paper, the subdivision of stepping motor and its drive system has been elaborated to study the working principle of stepping motor and operating performance. Analysis the subdivision of the stepping motor drive system of the role and scope of application, as well as domestic and international segments on the stepper motor drive system studies are briefly introduced.Studied the stepper motor acceleration and deceleration control process in the pulse frequency curve of the design and their advantages and disadvantages, and offered to stepper motor control system model and the torque-frequency characteristic as the basis to derive the acceleration and deceleration control process in the linear increase sine function, in the non-occurrence of-step and the overshoot of the premise, to shorten the stepper motor acceleration and deceleration time and increase speed, give full play to the work performance of stepper motors.To address the motor to eliminate low-frequency oscillation and to improve the motor output torque, resolution, and steps away from the uniformity and solve high-precision stepper motor segments and smooth operation, dynamic multi-level segmentation to adapt to the technical difficulties to study the step-Motor breakdown of traditional control methods and control theory, control methods, this paper by analyzing the two-phase hybrid stepping motor operation theory, the gradient of its mathematical model. On this basis, proposed uniform rotating current vector constant amplitude and variable segments combined control strategy, proposed a new round of increasingly adaptive-driven model, and gives control methods.Calculated by real-time control of each phase winding current, so that it is by ladder and changing patterns of size and direction of rotation to achieve a full-step stepper motor will be evenly divided into a number of more detailed micro-step breakdown of the control parameters to change the past requires prior calculation method, saving storage space, and can adapt to dynamic multi-level breakdown of the situation.Finally, simulation and other methods to prove this model and approach is feasible.This study used computer technology for speed control of stepper motor-driven control method and segmentation research, broaden the application field stepper motor has a positive meaning.
