Abstract/Summary:
The article studies the intelligent controller in space station,which can complete the locking,unlocking and precise temperature controling.There are many load expriment equipment for science resarch in the experimental cabin of space station.Various payloads should be loaded according to the needs of resarch project.We have used design,that load connecting plate fixed with different load,for the grab control system.This design avoided the problem,that wenn we directly use the robot,should consider the connection postition,angle and way.The design of plate spmlified the problem.On the other hand,the temperatures of loads and connecting plate have a great infulunce on scientific research and experiments.So we have used corresponding temperature control algorithm to achieve the precise temperature control.The controller of plate is designed to communicate with the robot arm by 1 channel 1553 B bus.The corresponding control circuit will realize the analysis of the command,then control the drive of the 1 stepping motor,and complete the locking,unlocking function;The product adopts a temperature control algorithm to complete the accurate collection of the 9-way thermistor,the control drive and the temperature control function of the 9-way heater.This study focuses on the design of stepping motor drive control,temperature control algorithm,which can realize the demand of payloads and reliability of aircraft in complex and harsh environment.
