This work is combining with the "Mathematical Model Research of Synchronous Generator", which is a sub-project of the National Technology R&D Program "Modeling Theory and Technical Study on Safety Analysis of Great Power Grid". Taking 7.5kW generator model for example, the improved expression of exciting current and transient time constant, considering the characteristics of greater resistance p.u value, are deduced for three-phase sudden short-circuit situation; and the general law, which is transient time constant changes with the resistance of stator and rotor, is also revealed, at the same time, the experimental validation is also carried out. As for the parameters study, the different parameters, which is obtained by tested and magnetic circuit calculation, are used for simulation on system disturbance through park equation, then the most suitable parameter for system disturbance are determined by comparison of the above parameters. The dynamic performance testing platform is established, aiming at typical disturbance, the relative experiment are carried out, through solving and analysis on tested results, the current problem of testing platform and its solution methods are presented.
