It is good results to installation infrared thermometer.So this thesis used online data and basis data to analyze boiler thermal calculation, then proceed to the step to analyze boiler operation for boiler-iv of the plant, for example over-temperature burst pipes, slag-bonding and so on, meanwhile the a BP neural network model has been built for predicting the boiler's performance for improving boiler efficiency and reducing nitrogen oxide emissions. Finally the thesis proposed adjustment programs of the plant and formed the software; It can help on-site staff to operate the boiler.
