Air-Cooled Condenser(ACC) is the cold end of the major equipment in power plant, its performance have a direct impact on security of economic operation. Based on the 600 MW unit, the physical and mathematical models were established. The ACC were obtained by FLUENT simulation. And presented to the ACC to optimize the model to improve. The flow characteristics in ACC which are influenced by ambient velocity, ambient direction are analyzed numerically. The paper based on a direct ACC for the summer peak meeting of ACC in the bottom of the aerosol spray humidification system had been 3-D numerically simulated, The results indicate that the air temperature of ACC's inlet and outlet declines remarkably which contains spray humidification device. The efficiency of heat exchange and the vacuum in the ACC increased obviously. The method can keep the unit operating safely even though in hot summer peak meeting measures.
