| ABSTRACT:China's power sector is one of the main carbon emitters, the larger proportion of thermal power makes the emissions of China's electric power at a high level. At present, China's energy-saving dispatching is playing an active role in promoting a suistainable environment as well as the mitigation of carbon dioxiod in power sector. Carbon tax in the international community has shown a certain economic instruments for reducing primary energy consumption, lower emissions and will influence the total amount of carbon dioxide emissions from power industry as a new tax type. Based on this background, this paper analysis the relationships among carbon dioxide emissions, carbon tax and dispatching mode, then this paper establishes a dispatching model with carbon tax and carbon emissions constraints and gives a solution. Three main parts are included in this paper:Firstly, this paper introduces relative theory of power dispatching, carbon tax and carbon dioxide emission, sumrizes different dispatching modes, and analysises the influence of carbon tax and the trend of carbon emission trading in power industry.Secondly, this paper analyzes the relationships among power carbon emission, carbon tax and power dispatching and introduces the concept of emission reduction dispatching, then modeling it,and analyzes the different carbon tax rates.Thirdly, this paper introduces the genetic algorithm, and brings a constraint factor to the emission reduction dispatching model.Then this paper solves a carbon tax and emission constraints based emission-reduction dispatching model with 4 units by genetic algorithm, and compares the optimal result with independent system dispatching model without carbon tax and emission constraints and energy saving dispatching. |
